1. Contact Form - FIXED

Problem: Form gave 404 error after submission Solution: Form now shows success message on same page

How it works: - User fills form and clicks “Send Message” - Netlify processes the submission - Page reloads with green success message at top - You get submission in Netlify Dashboard

2. Custom Domain - INSTRUCTIONS ADDED

Quick steps: 1. Netlify → Add domain: www.mtjdataanalytics.com 2. Your domain provider → Add DNS records 3. Wait 24-48 hours 4. Enable HTTPS in Netlify

📋 WHAT TO DO NOW

Step 1: Rebuild & Redeploy

# In website folder
quarto render

# Then drag docs/ folder to Netlify again
# OR push to GitHub (if using GitHub deployment)

Step 2: Test the Form

  1. Visit your Netlify site
  2. Go to Contact page
  3. Fill form and submit
  4. You should see green success message
  5. Check Netlify Dashboard → Forms

Step 3: Setup Custom Domain

Follow CUSTOM_DOMAIN_SETUP.md

Step 4: Enable Email Notifications

  1. Netlify Dashboard → Forms → Settings
  2. Add notification email: iko@mtjdataanalytics.com
  3. Get emails when forms are submitted
