Your contact form will work automatically when deployed to Netlify.

📬 How to View Form Submissions

  1. Log into Netlify Dashboard
    • Go to: https://app.netlify.com
    • Select your site
  2. Access Forms
    • Click “Forms” in the top navigation
    • You’ll see all submissions listed
  3. View Submission Details
    • Click any submission to see:
      • Name, Email, Subject, Message
      • Submission date/time
      • Export options

🔔 Email Notifications

Get notified of new submissions:

  1. In Netlify Dashboard → Forms
  2. Click “Settings and usage”
  3. Click “Form notifications”
  4. Add notification to email:
    • Email: iko@mtjdataanalytics.com
    • Email: info@mtjdataanalytics.com

Now you’ll receive emails when someone submits the form!

🔍 Testing the Form

After deployment: 1. Visit your live site 2. Fill out the contact form 3. Submit 4. Check Netlify Dashboard → Forms 5. You should see the submission!

❓ Troubleshooting

Form not appearing in Netlify: - Wait 5 minutes after first deployment - Check the form has data-netlify="true" - Verify form name is set correctly

Not receiving emails: - Check spam folder - Verify notification email is set in Netlify - Confirm email address is correct

Submissions not showing: - Ensure you’re on the correct site in Netlify - Check Forms tab (not Analytics) - Try submitting a test form
